The Website provides information about Grain Craft Woodworks, our products, completed work, custom projects, and pieces that may currently be available for purchase.

The Website is primarily a product showroom and portfolio.

Purchases are currently completed through third-party marketplaces rather than through graincraftwoodworks.com itself.

2. Handcrafted Products

Grain Craft Woodworks products are handcrafted in small quantities.

Wood is a natural material, and each piece may contain variations in:

• Grain;
• Color;
• Figure;
• Texture;
• Knots;
• Mineral streaks; and
• Other naturally occurring characteristics.

These characteristics help make each product unique and are not necessarily defects.

Where a product page states that the individual piece shown will be the piece received, we make reasonable efforts to photograph that exact product accurately.

Colors and appearance may nevertheless vary somewhat because of lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.

3. Product Dimensions and Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate dimensions, materials, finishes, and product descriptions.

Because products are handcrafted, minor variations may occur.

If a particular measurement, clearance, material characteristic, or mounting requirement is critical to your intended use, contact us before purchasing.

4. Availability

Because marketplace synchronization is currently performed manually, an item displayed as available on this Website may occasionally have already sold or become unavailable elsewhere before the Website is updated.

Availability is not guaranteed until a transaction is successfully completed through the applicable marketplace.

We reserve the right to correct availability errors and remove or update listings at any time.

5. Purchasing Methods

Grain Craft Woodworks may offer products for purchase through one or more purchasing methods, including third-party marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy and Stripe-hosted payment pages.

eBay and Etsy Purchases

When you select an eBay or Etsy purchase link, you leave graincraftwoodworks.com and complete the transaction through the selected marketplace.

The applicable marketplace listing and marketplace terms govern transaction-specific matters including, as applicable:

Stripe Purchases

Transaction terms displayed during checkout, together with the applicable Grain Craft Woodworks policies and these Terms, apply to purchases completed through Stripe.

6. Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

The terms that apply to shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations depend on how the purchase is completed.

eBay and Etsy

For products purchased through eBay or Etsy, the applicable marketplace listing and marketplace rules govern shipping, return, refund, cancellation, and buyer-protection terms.

If information displayed on graincraftwoodworks.com conflicts with the active marketplace listing regarding a transaction-specific term, the marketplace listing presented before checkout controls that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Stripe or Other Direct Purchases

For products purchased through a Stripe-hosted checkout or another direct Grain Craft Woodworks sales method, the shipping, return, refund, and cancellation terms displayed by Grain Craft Woodworks at or before the time of purchase will apply.

Any applicable shipping charge, delivery information, and other transaction details should be reviewed before completing checkout.

Grain Craft Woodworks reserves the right to establish product-specific shipping or return terms when appropriate, provided those terms are disclosed before purchase.

7. Floating Shelf Installation

Floating shelves are wall-mounted products and must be installed correctly.

Installation conditions vary depending on wall construction, framing, fasteners, mounting location, intended load, and other site-specific conditions.

Customers are responsible for determining that:

• The mounting surface is suitable for installation;
• Appropriate structural support is available;
• Appropriate fasteners are used for the wall or structural material involved;
• The bracket is installed securely and level;
• The shelf is installed according to any instructions supplied with the product; and
• The installed shelf is used in a manner appropriate for its design and installation.

Where possible and appropriate, attachment to structural framing or another suitable structural support should be used rather than relying solely on finish materials such as drywall.

Do not assume that a fastener or mounting method is appropriate merely because it physically fits the supplied bracket.

If you are unsure whether a wall, mounting method, or fastener is appropriate, consult a qualified installer or other knowledgeable professional before installation.

8. Load Capacity

Unless a specific load capacity is expressly stated for a particular product and installation configuration, Grain Craft Woodworks does not represent that a floating shelf has a particular universal load rating.

Actual supported load can depend materially on the wall structure, bracket installation, fasteners, shelf dimensions, load placement, and other installation conditions outside our control.

Do not place unusually heavy, hazardous, valuable, unstable, or injury-producing objects on a shelf unless you have confirmed that the complete installation is appropriate for that intended use.

9. Installation and Modification Risk

Improper installation can result in product failure, property damage, or personal injury.

Grain Craft Woodworks is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage or injury caused by:

• Improper installation;
• Installation into unsuitable wall materials or structures;
• Inappropriate or insufficient fasteners;
• Failure to engage adequate structural support;
• Modification of the bracket or shelf;
• Use inconsistent with supplied instructions;
• Excessive or unsuitable loading; or
• Other misuse of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Mounting Hardware

The product listing and product contents will identify what mounting components, if any, are supplied with a particular product.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers remain responsible for determining whether supplied or separately obtained fasteners are appropriate for their specific wall construction and installation conditions.

11. Natural Aging and Product Care

Wood is a natural material that responds to its environment.

Sunlight, temperature, humidity, moisture, cleaning products, and ordinary use may change a product’s appearance over time.

Natural color change, movement within normal expectations for solid wood, and other characteristics associated with natural materials are not necessarily defects.

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with a product.

12. Warranty

Unless a separate written warranty is expressly provided with a product or marketplace listing, Grain Craft Woodworks does not currently offer an additional written commercial warranty beyond rights and remedies that may apply under law or through the marketplace where the product was purchased.

This provision is not intended to disclaim warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Custom Project Requests

Submitting a Custom Project Request does not create a contract, order, reservation, or obligation for Grain Craft Woodworks to accept the project.

Requests are considered individually based on design, materials, workshop capabilities, timing, budget, and overall fit.

If a project is accepted, scope, pricing, payment, schedule, delivery, changes, cancellation, and other applicable terms may be established separately before work begins.

A custom project becomes binding only when the parties agree to the applicable project terms.

14. Collection Archive

Previously sold or completed products may remain publicly visible in the Collection Archive.

Archive pages are historical and portfolio records and do not imply that the archived product remains available.

Future products based on the same design may differ because each piece of natural material is unique.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content—including photographs, text, branding, product imagery, graphics, logos, and original Website materials—are owned by or licensed to Grain Craft Systems LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may view and use the Website for ordinary personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, republish, sell, or represent our Website content or original product imagery as your own without permission, except where permitted by law.

16. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Website to:

• Violate applicable law;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Website or administrative systems;
• Disrupt or interfere with Website security or operation;
